Railway Yard —— Longgong Port (Phase III)

In 2024, the Longgong Port Unmanned Horizontal Transport Equipment Procurement Project (Phase III), undertaken by Jingwei Hirain, was successfully put into operation. The core of this solution involves the deployment of six third-generation Heavy-duty Autonomous Vehicles (HAVs) independently developed by Jingwei Hirain, along with advanced operation management software. These systems operate in coordination with Longgong Port's "Rail-Water Intermodal Intelligent Transportation Management System," enabling 24-hour all-weather unmanned efficient transportation between the railway freight yard and the water transport terminal.

This intelligent transportation solution is specifically optimized for railway yard scenarios. Through a fully automated operational system, it effectively overcomes the efficiency bottlenecks traditionally associated with railway container transfer. The system supports automated handling between the railway yard and intermediate storage areas and can be flexibly extended to enable end-to-end operations directly from the water terminal to the railway yard. This significantly enhances the intelligence level of loading, unloading, transfer, and dispatching processes in railway freight yards.

By adopting an innovative architecture of "one set of vehicle + one Operation Management System + one Digital Twin System," the project is compatible with the business information systems of railway yards. It coordinates cross-system transportation production tasks, providing a highly integrated, intelligent, and efficient unmanned transportation solution for railway freight yards and ushering mart operations in railway yard management.
