Hirain's self-developed battery system covers battery pack, power distribution unit (BDU/PDU), and battery management system (BMS). The products offer advantages such as high reliability, high safety, precise monitoring, long service life, and lightweight design. Hirain has developed a series of standard pack products: C-Pack, G-Pack, V-Pack, and D-Pack with battery system capacities ranging from 41 to 600 kWh, compatible with various vehicle types such as heavy-duty trucks, light-duty trucks, buses, and logistics vehicles, providing users with efficient and reliable power solutions.
Hirain’s self-developed power electronic products, including self-developed power module, self-developed motor controller unit (MCU), and all-in-one (X in 1), etc. Product forms of multiple levels can be supplied independently, providing customers with a systematic solution for power domain controller products, enhancing the autonomous definition and vertical integration capabilities of the drive system. At the same time, combined with independently developed optimized control strategies, the efficiency, performance, and response speed of the controllers are significantly improved.
Hirain's self-developed heavy-duty electric drive axle (e-axle), including single-motor and dual-motor parallel-shaft designs, are engineered for the 1000V platform. These two e-axle variants effectively meets the powertrain application requirements for 4×2 and 6×4 heavy-duty tractors. The e-axle incorporates advanced control strategies—including adaptive torque control, intelligent gear-shifting, predictive coasting, integrated hill hold, an electronic limited-slip differential (eLSD), and coupled thermal management control—to ensure vehicle stability across complex operating conditions. The system delivers significant advantages, including robust power, lightweight, high efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Hirain's self-developed multi-heat source integrated thermal management system, with the thermal management valve terminal as its core, achieves comprehensive energy utilization of batteries, motor, electronic control systems, and the passenger cabin, effectively reducing energy consumption of the thermal management system and increasing the driving range. By employing intelligent coordinated control and comprehensive performance optimization algorithms, the system enables dynamic strategy regulation through real-time perception of multi-system temperature status. While ensuring powertrain safety, it enhances system efficiency, extends vehicle range, and improves driving comfort.
