Power Distribution Unit (PDU)
Overview
The power distribution unit (PDU) used in commercial vehicle battery packs performs power distribution and control through a suite of components, including multi-circuit relays, fuses, Manual Service Disconnect (MSD), current sensors, Battery Management System (BMS), and others. The product can be compatible with single/double/triple branch battery packs, features a high degree of platformization, compact structure and excellent space utilization.
Key Features/Technologies
- Voltage platform: 1000V (compatible with 750V requirements).
- Functions: High-voltage Power distribution such as main positive/negative circuits, pre-charge circuit, heating circuit, and liquid cooling circuit, etc., supports current and voltage sensing, high-voltage power-on/off control, compatible with single or dual DC fast charging, and supporting Boost or Buck voltage conversion needs.
- Number of Branches: Compatible with Single\Dual\Triple-branch battery packs.
- Number of Channels: Supports single, dual, or triple channels, customizable based on requirements.
- Dimensions: 430 mm X 382 mm X 200 mm.
