Battery Pack and System

Overview
Hirain has full in-house capabilities for battery system development. These systems are designed to deliver key advantages including high reliability, enhanced safety, precise monitoring, long cycle life, and a lightweight structure. Hirain has launched several mass-produced battery pack products, including the C-Pack, G-Pack, V-Pack, and D-Pack lines, with capacities ranging from 41 to 600 kWh. These battery packs are designed for a wide range of commercial vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks, light-duty trucks, buses, and logistics vehicles, providing customers with efficient and reliable power solutions.

Key Features/Technologies

  • High Reliability: Passed vibration reliability tests at 2–3 times the requirements of GB/T 31467.3-2015, ensuring durability under harsh road conditions.
  • High Thermal Safety: Single-cell thermal runaway results in smoke only, without fire. Optional fire suppression system enables full-process response under thermal runaway conditions, including signal acquisition, alarm triggering, and spray-based extinguishing, significantly enhancing safety performance.
  • High-Safety LFP Cells: Achieves pack-level long cycle life (>4,000 cycles).
  • Large Module / CTP Design: Achieves pack-level energy density >155 Wh/kg.
  • Integrated cooling plate enclosure design with large heat-exchange flow channels ensures battery pack highest temperature ≤40°C and temperature uniformity ≤3°C during fast charging.
  • Self-developed BMS hardware and software by Hirain, featuring high precision and low power consumption, incorporating advanced algorithms such as multi-state joint estimation, internal short-circuit detection, thermal runaway detection, and lithium plating detection.
  • Cloud platform enables battery fault diagnosis, lifespan and consistency estimation, and energy consumption analysis.
