HIRAIN's Domestic Power Lift Gate Module has entered mass production status

Recently, HIRAIN’s first self-developed domestic Power Liftgate Module (PLGM) has officially reached mass production status. It is set to be installed in a Hongqi production vehicle, with batch deliveries to commence upon completion of trial assembly processes.

During the R&D process, HIRAIN overcame numerous challenges to achieve hardware localization for the PLGM, including key components such as the MCU, SBC, Pre-Driver, MOS, and current sampling chips. This accomplishment not only demonstrates HIRAIN’s R&D capabilities but also reflects the autonomous control of China’s automotive electronics supply chain.
Amid the current global landscape, the launch of HIRAIN’s domestic PLGM platform provides robust support for securing the supply chain safety of China’s automotive industry. Aligned with national policies on "domestic chip autonomy" and "automotive industry upgrading and transformation," the platform reduces costs, optimizes the supply chain, and establishes a virtuous industrial cycle of "R&D-production-application." Additionally, the localized solution offers tailored customization to better meet domestic market demands. The product design also reserves expansion space for future electric spoiler functionality, laying the foundation for upgrades.
