The HIRAIN Tianjin R&D Center (Phase II) Project officially broke ground on the morning of March 28.
Wang Zhiping, Deputy Secretary and District Chief of Xiqing District Committee, Wang Hui, Standing Committee Member and Office Director of Xiqing District Committee, Miao Hongsheng, Party Secretary of Zhangjiawo Town, and other government leaders attended the meeting; Speech by Zhang Yu, member of the Standing Committee and Deputy District Chief of Xiqing District Committee, Ji Yingcun, Chairman and General Manager of HIRAIN, and Liao Zhigang, General Manager of Jiangxi Jiangling Real Estate Co., Ltd; Zhang Boying, Senior Vice President of HIRAIN, Li Qian, Senior Vice President, Dong Tianjie, Secretary and President of the Party Branch of Tianjin Urban Planning and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., and other group employees and project builders witnessed this important moment together. Liu Yang, Vice President of HIRAIN, presided over the ceremony.
In his speech, Zhang Yu, on behalf of the Xiqing District Committee and Government, congratulated the start of the project and stated that Xiqing District will continue to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Tianjin. With the promotion of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the strategic driving force, the district will deeply implement the "Ten Actions" for high-quality development and the "Three New" and "Three Quantity" work, give full play to the platform role of the South Station Science and Technology Business District, Tiankai Xiqing Park, and the national level vehicle networking pilot zone, and continuously improve the business environment level in talent introduction, financial support, project construction, etc., providing solid guarantees for enterprises to root in Xiqing and grow and develop.
Ji Yingcun expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders and guests who attended the event. He stated that the government of Xiqing District has provided strong support to the company's development process. The infrastructure in Tianjin is complete and the industrial foundation is good. In the future, the second phase of the R&D center project will further enhance the company's research and development capabilities in the field of intelligent connected vehicle electronics, injecting new vitality into promoting the high-quality development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry in Tianjin and even the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
Liao Zhigang stated that the official launch of the project has opened a new chapter of cooperation with HIRAIN. He promised to strictly follow national standards and industry norms, adhere to the principle of "quality first, customer first", ensure the timely and high-quality completion of the project, and integrate safety production and green environmental protection concepts into the construction process. About HIRAIN Tianjin R&D Center Phase II Project
The second phase project of HIRAIN Tianjin R&D Center is another major project of HIRAIN in Tianjin after investing in the construction of production factories, R&D centers, and northern production bases for intelligent driving electronic products. The project is located on the south side of Huixiang Road and the east side of Ruixue Road in Zhangjiawo Town, adjacent to the first phase of the R&D center that has been put into use. The total investment of the project is about 680 million yuan, covering an area of 26000 square meters, mainly used for the construction of new business and R&D sites required by HIRAIN Tianjin R&D Center.
The second phase project will build a comprehensive research and development center that integrates product development, technology pre research, testing and verification, and office management on the basis of the first phase. The project is not only a core step for HIRAIN to achieve the full industry chain layout of intelligent connected vehicles in the Bohai Rim region, from research and development, testing to production, but also an important part of the strong chain development of Tianjin's vehicle networking industry. It will play an important role in promoting the high-quality development of Tianjin's intelligent connected vehicle industry and deepening the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
