Recently, Jingwei Hirain successfully won the bid for the unmanned horizontal transportation project of steel coils for the rail-water intermodal transportation at Longgong Port, marking the launch of Jingwei Hirain's new "unit cargo" unmanned transportation scenario. - High safety hazards: During the loading, unloading, and transportation of steel coils, manual intervention poses safety risks such as collisions and falls, posing a threat to the safety of personnel and goods.
- Low standardization level: The consistency of manual operations is difficult to ensure, especially in large-scale and high-frequency work scenarios, where precision and rhythm control face challenges.
- High requirements for driving control: The steel coil has a high center of gravity and inertia, which requires high stability during the vehicle's starting, acceleration, deceleration, and braking processes.
▎Jingwei Hirain's "smart answer": heavy-duty automatic driving flatbed car, solving the difficult problem
Facing the industry pain points, Jingwei Hirain has provided a smart solution - to carry out comprehensive functional adaptation and intelligent upgrading of flatbed car that meet the upgrading conditions in the port area, so as to transform them into "smart porter" with multi scene operation capability.
