Recently, HIRAIN has been honored with the 'Best Supplier' award for the year 2024 by PACCAR Group. As a world-renowned luxury truck manufacturer, PACCAR Group owns several brands including Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF, and has very stringent requirements for product quality. The award is a strong recognition of suppliers' performance in product quality, delivery reliability, technological innovation, and service support. HIRAIN has earned this accolade through relentless innovation, excellent production management, and strict quality control!
Since establishing a cooperative relationship with PACCAR Group in 2013, HIRAIN has always adhered to the philosophy of "value innovation, serving customers," continuously optimizing products and services. HIRAIN's commercial vehicle door anti-pinch controller DCM, 24V/12V on-board DCDC power modules, and wireless charging WLC have been equipped on DAF trucks in Europe, and the exterior lighting control switch ELS has been mass-produced on the new generation of Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks in North America. With a delivery record of 0 PPM (Parts Per Million), HIRAIN has received the PACCAR Group's 10 PPM Quality Award for six consecutive years, demonstrating our commitment to quality. Currently, both parties are also actively communicating in the fields of new energy and new architecture electronic products, exploring the broad application prospects of technological innovation.
HIRAIN began to layout commercial vehicle automotive electronics in 2007, forming a comprehensive system solution from commercial vehicle product architecture design, whole vehicle testing solutions, to a full range of supporting products. We have launched a variety of products including door controllers DCM, body controllers BCM, keyless entry systems, keyless start systems PEPS, gateway GW, thermal management systems VTMS, body domain controllers BDCU, and regional controllers ZCU, covering 12V and 24V systems, and now provide matching products and services to mainstream manufacturers at home and abroad, with a cumulative shipment exceeding 1.5 million sets.
