Recently, HIRAIN and Tongxin Micro have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will rely on their respective business strengths and resource advantages to conduct comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in several key areas including intelligent driving, intelligent connectivity, intelligent cockpit, new energy and power systems, vehicle body and chassis domain, and work together to promote innovation and development in the automotive industry.
HIRAIN's President, Deputy General Manager, and Director Dr. Fan Chengjian, and Tongxin Micro's Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager of the Automotive Electronics Business Department, Huang Jun, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. HIRAIN's Chairman and General Manager Dr. Ji Yingcun witnessed this significant moment alongside Tongxin Micro's President Yue Chao.
Both parties stated that HIRAIN and Tongxin Micro have always maintained a good cooperative relationship, with continuous mass production and delivery based on the automotive safety chip T9 series, and significant breakthroughs in the intelligent chassis domain controller project based on the automotive domain control chip THA6 series. With the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement, both parties have entered a new stage of cooperation, and will support each other strategically in the future, jointly explore market application technology routes and development directions, promote technological innovation, product research and development, and industry application in the field of automotive-grade chips and automotive controllers, actively promote the landing of related technologies and products, and make a greater contribution to the prosperity and development of the automotive industry, while moving forward side by side towards the goal of becoming leaders in their respective fields.
