China's top 10 supplier of passenger car front view system, only hirain was shortlisted in 2020

According to zoth automotive research data, the main suppliers of passenger car front-view system in China are Denso, Bosch, Aptiv, Kostal, Panasonic, Weininger, conti and hirain. In 2020, the top 10 accounted for more than 90% of the market share, while only Hirain was shortlisted in China, with a market share of 3.6%.

There are generally two modes for the core algorithm supply of the forward-looking system: one is the self-developed mode, from the core algorithm to the system integration, and the other is the division of labor mode. The core algorithm is supplied by one company (such as Mobileye), and Tier1 is responsible for the system integration.

For example, hirain forward-looking system mainly adopts Mobileye chip, which can realize the functions of identifying front vehicles, lane lines and pedestrians. The main customers include SAIC Maxus, FAW Hongqi, FAW Jiefang, FAW Pentium, SAIC Roewe, Geely, Jiangling Automobile, JAC automobile, China heavy truck and Shaanxi heavy truck.
