Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology officially announced the list of the second batch of 2025 "Tianjin Advanced-Level Smart Factories." Jingwei Hirain's Tianjin factory was successfully selected for this honor, recognized for its systematic construction achievements and outstanding results in the field of smart manufacturing. The selection process for the "Tianjin Advanced-Level Smart Factory" honor strictly adheres to high standards and stringent requirements. It involves a comprehensive evaluation across core dimensions, including factory construction, R&D and design, production operations, production management, and operational management. As a crucial strategic base for Jingwei Hirain, the Tianjin factory was officially completed and commenced operations in Xiqing District in August 2024. With a total site area of approximately 17.5 acres, the factory has currently established over 50 advanced production lines, equipped with comprehensive large-scale production capabilities and a modern manufacturing system. It focuses on six core automotive electronics domains: intelligent driving, intelligent connectivity, intelligent cockpit, body and comfort domains, chassis control, and new energy and powertrain systems, establishing a fully integrated intelligent production system. By deeply integrating cutting-edge technologies such as industrial big data, artificial intelligence, simulation, and edge computing, the factory has achieved end-to-end intelligent upgrades spanning from R&D and design to production manufacturing and warehouse logistics.
