SMT AOI Equipment

The SMT AOI Equipment is a high-precision intelligent optical inspection device specifically developed for inspecting solder paste and soldering quality after SMT (Surface Mount Technology) placement and reflow soldering. Additionally, this series of equipment can be adapted to inspect solder joint quality after selective soldering and wave soldering processes. Leveraging a combination of structured light cameras and customized light sources, the equipment employs multi-angle image acquisition technology, integrated with independently developed solder joint morphology analysis algorithms and an intelligent defect recognition system. It enables rapid and accurate detection of various soldering defects, including solder joint formation, solder volume, bridging, solder balls, cold solder joints, offset, and voids. Widely applied in industries such as consumer electronics, communication devices, and automotive electronics, it effectively improves SMT process yield and reliability.
