Hirain Technologies and BOE Varitronix Forge Strategic Partnership to Launch a New Era of Intelligent Light and Shadow

On September 30, Hirain Technologies and BOE Varitronix officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. The two parties will carry out in-depth strategic collaboration in areas including intelligent cockpit displays, intelligent light and shadow solutions, and integrated sensing-computing-display systems, jointly driving the commercial application of innovative optoelectronic technologies in production vehicles.
This partnership will fully leverage Hirain's technological expertise in visual perception and optoelectronic displays, along with its deep industry experience in whole-vehicle integration, together with BOE Varitronix's global industrial strengths in automotive displays, to jointly create competitive intelligent light and shadow products and solutions. The two parties will collaborate closely across intelligent cockpit displays, sensing-computing-display integration, cutting-edge technology R&D, supply chain coordination, and market expansion. A joint innovation laboratory will also be established to accelerate the in-vehicle validation and large-scale deployment of next-generation optoelectronic display technologies.
