Your tasks:
Support of the Automotive Sales Team in many sales-related topics and processes for the complete European customer base
Internal coordination with all relevant departments (also in China)
Representation of the key account managers in internal meetings and projects as well as preparation of information for the team
Preparation of commercial information and creation of presentations
Support in the area of disposition (prototypes and pre-series)
Checking customer orders
Checking contracts and agreements with the customers
Downloading and preparing enquiry documents from the various customer portals, active participation in the projects
Active support of our key account managers in the preparation of calculations and offers
Working from home office is possible on an occasional basis
Reports to the Team Leader Sales
Your profile:
You have a degree or successfully completed vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience in sales
You are characterised by a high affinity for numbers and a pronounced analytical understanding
To ensure professional internal and external communication, your German and English language skills are business fluent
The confident handling of MS Office products is a matter of course for you
You actively contribute with a pronounced degree of self-motivation,assertiveness and goal orientation.
Work experience in the automotive supplier sector is advantageous
