On July 28, 2026, the 2026 High-Tech Intelligent Vehicle Global AI Technology Summit was held in Shanghai. This year's summit focused on the core trends of 'full-domain integration, software-hardware decoupling, and mass production implementation,' concentrating on key technology clusters such as next-generation electronic and electrical architecture, integrated cabin and driving systems, AI cockpits, and in-vehicle large models. Hirain Technologies participated deeply in the summit and won the High-Tech Global AI 'Annual Human-Vehicle Interaction Experience Innovation Award' with its innovative integrated solution for smart cockpits, covering 'perception-display-interaction.'

Dr. Cheng Yinuo, Vice President of Hirain Technologies and head of the smart cockpit team, gave a keynote speech titled 'Full-Domain Collaboration, Boundary-Breaking Innovation: Opening a New Horizon for Immersive Interaction in Smart Cockpits.' The event also featured a showcase of cutting-edge products like 3D-HUD, P-HUD, electronic exterior rearview mirrors, and holographic assistants, fully presenting the new paradigm of next-generation immersive interaction in smart cockpits.

In his speech, Cheng Yinuo said, 'The competition in smart cockpits is moving from simply stacking individual features to reconstructing the experience at a system level. Hirain Technologies is breaking traditional perception silos by deeply coordinating HUD augmented reality displays with CMS’s ultra-wide field of view, letting driving information naturally blend into real road scenes, enabling an intuitive 'eyes-on-the-road' interaction.' The speech also systematically explained Hirain Technologies ’s engineering breakthroughs in low-latency image transmission, naked-eye 3D scene integration, and reliable perception in complex environments, sparking widespread resonance among the attendees about the next-generation cockpit architecture.

At the conference exhibition area, the Hirain Technologies booth's 'Perception-Display-Interaction Integrated Solution' products also caught everyone's attention.
● 3D Head-Up Display (3D-HUD): Using lenticular grating imaging and eye-tracking technology to create binocular 3D vision, it dynamically projects three-dimensional images with real depth and spatial perception right in front of the driver’s line of sight. It has high-precision “virtual-real fusion” rendering capability, allowing 3D navigation arrows and ADAS warning information to seamlessly blend with the real road environment in real time. This eliminates the visual fatigue and dizziness caused by traditional HUDs, where the eyes constantly adjust focus between the road and the screen, making it easier, more accurate, and more intuitive for the driver to see.

● Panoramic Head-Up Display (P-HUD): It turns the entire windshield into a display, creating an ultra-wide panoramic view from left to right. It presents information like instruments, navigation, and entertainment in a simpler, more intuitive way, replacing the physical dashboard while efficiently handling HUD near-field information. This keeps the driver's view clean and clear. Combined with the deep visual effect created by glass reflections, it provides users with a highly techy and immersive interactive experience.

● Digital Exterior Rearview Mirror (CMS): Replaces traditional optical mirrors with a camera monitoring system, equipped with a wide-angle 60-frame camera, with image delay as low as 55ms. It features our self-developed ultrasonic self-cleaning and lens heating functions, and uses our proprietary AI-ISP algorithm to enhance night vision and optimize image quality in complex or harsh conditions, ensuring full visibility and driving safety. More importantly, CMS images can be seamlessly transmitted to the P-HUD and 3D-HUD for interactive display, naturally showing the side and rear traffic within the driver’s optimal line of sight, forming a complete “perception-display-interaction” loop.

● Holographic Assistant (3D Holography): Using holographic light-field display technology, this projects the in-car AI agent in 3D, floating in mid-air, making the AI character more lifelike and vivid. The product can be placed in the center of the dashboard, serving both driver interaction and passenger entertainment needs, and supports multimodal interactions like gestures and voice. With the power of advanced AI models, the holographic assistant can not only chat freely with users but also switch virtual appearances as needed, turning a monotonous drive into a fun and engaging experience.

From breakthroughs in optical displays to cross-domain perception integration, Hirain Technologies has fully demonstrated a systematic approach and mass-production capability in the smart cockpit field. In the future, Hirain Technologies will continue to focus on integrated cockpit technology, working with car manufacturers and ecosystem partners to bring safer, more immersive smart interaction experiences to every smart car, injecting Hirain Technologies’ strength into the global automotive intelligence journey.
