Recently Jiang,su Hanrun Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Hanrun"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing HIRAIN Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hirain"), has successfully passed the certification as a National High-tech Enterprise. This honor is not only a high recognition of Jiangsu Hanrun's long-term commitment to independent research and development and continuous innovation, but also a strong testament to the company's dedication to core technology, continuous breakthroughs, transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces, and contributions to the industry's progress.
A National High-tech Enterprise is a resident enterprise registered within the territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions), whose business scope falls within the "National Key Supported High-tech Fields," and which continuously engages in research and development as well as the transformation of technological achievements, forming core independent intellectual property rights as the basis for its business activities. Currently, this certification has become an authoritative standard for evaluating the comprehensive scientific and technological strength of domestic enterprises and is one of the important honors for China's science and technology innovation-oriented enterprises. The successful certification highlights Jiangsu Hanrun's outstanding advantages in the field of technology and serves as an important indicator of the company's overall strength and future development potential.
Jiangsu Hanrun, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hirain, officially opened in March 2019, located in the North City High-tech Zone, north of Xin Ning Road and east of Ke Da Road, covering an area of 105 acres. The company integrates research and development with production and mainly focuses on the mass production of various automotive electronic controllers and high-precision in-vehicle sensors. It has currently established multiple production lines, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), high-precision in-vehicle cameras, automotive millimeter-wave radars, ADAS domain controllers, T-Box, and in-vehicle gateways. Additionally, several-M Surfaceount Technology (SMT) production lines have been built to support the mass production of high-end products. The company's R&D team accounts for 20% of the total workforce, aiming to contribute to the high-quality development of Nantong's manufacturing industry by achieving the goal of "building a nationally leading automotive electronics production base."
In the first half of 2024, the company actively applied for and successfully obtained honorary titles such as "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop" and "Nantong City Star-rated Cloud-based Enterprise." These honors recognize the company's efforts in digitalization, informatization, and intelligent transformation. The Nantong factory has introduced advanced automation and intelligent equipment and technologies, achieving precise control and efficient collaboration in the production process. By actively embracing cutting-edge technologies such as intelligent production lines and artificial intelligence, the company has injected new vitality into its sustainable development.
In the second half of 2024, Jiangsu Hanrun continued to make progress, successfully applying for and obtaining certifications for research and development platforms such as the "Nantong City Enterprise Engineering Technology Center (Science and Technology Bureau)" and the "Nantong City Enterprise Technology Center (Industry and Information Bureau)." In July of the same year, the R&D center of Jiangsu Hanrun officially began operations, gathering a group of high-quality R&D talents focused on the research and innovation of new technologies. The approval of the enterprise technology center not only affirms the company's R&D capabilities but also provides solid support for future technological innovation and industrial upgrading at the R&D center.
