Recently, it has been successfully mass-produced with a hot-selling new energy vehicle, and has become one of the mainstream suppliers of domestic suspension controllers.
The core of the semi-active suspension controller is its exquisite combination of the flexibility of Air Spring and the precise control of electric shock absorption. The air spring, as an innovation of the suspension system, uses the compressibility of the air to automatically adjust the spring stiffness according to the road conditions and vehicle load, effectively absorbing and disperzing the road impact, bringing a cloud-like driving experience. The electric shock absorption technology, through the intelligent control system, adjusts the suspension damping in real time to ensure the stability and controllability of the vehicle in different driving states, so that the turning and acceleration are in control.
HIRAIN semi-active suspension controller, with independent intellectual property rights, not only integrates the essence of air spring and electric shock absorption, but also realizes the upgrade in terms of intelligence, safety and convenience:

▎Flexible hardware configuration: the response time of the electronic shock absorber is 5-10ms, the accuracy is ±10mA, and the combination of 4 height sensors +3 acceleration sensors or 4 height sensors + IMU on the board is supported
▎Comply with international safety standards: the functional safety of the system meets the ASIL Class B standard, while the information security performance of the product also meets the strict requirements for export overseas, which escorts the driving experience
▎Equipped with magic carpet suspension function: integrates LiDAR/camera and body sensor information to achieve targeted control of speed bumps and wave roads
