HIRAIN Tianjin plant won the first batch of Tianjin digital workshops in 2024

In the wave of digital transformation, Tianjin Bureau of Industry and Information Technology officially announced the list of the first batch of digital workshops and smart plants in 2024 this month. HIRAIN Tianjin Factory was successfully selected and awarded the title of "Tianjin Digital Workshop" with its excellent innovation ability and advanced intelligent manufacturing technology. It marks the recognition of HIRAIN outstanding performance in digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing.

HIRAIN Tianjin plant settled in Tianjin Xiqing Development Zone since 2016, with its modern plant facilities, strong R & D production capacity, has become a solid foundation for the development of the group. After several years of development, the annual output value of the factory is close to 1 billion yuan, with a team of more than 300 people, and the product line has covered the controller of the six areas of the company's automotive electronic supporting business, showing its deep industry accumulation. In the face of rapid business growth and broad prospects for the future market, HIRAIN launched a new plant construction project in 2023. Tianjin new plant is located in Tianjin Xiqing District Zhangjiawo Town Anfu Road No. 22, covers an area of 106 acres, the total construction area of about 114,400 square meters, aiming to build HIRAIN in the northern region set supporting product research and development, production in one comprehensive base. The plant production line has been partially moved to the new plant, and a new SMT production line has been laid out to complement the complex process, and has been put into mass production.

The selected digital workshop of electric back door controller integrates automation, intelligence and digitalization technologies. The workshop introduces advanced automation equipment and intelligent control system to build a full chain automatic production system from raw materials to finished products.
