HIRAIN R-EPS successful mass production

Recently, HIRAIN Rack-Electronic Power Steering is equipped with a high-end MPV model of a new energy vehicle company and has been successfully mass-produced.

The product adopts HIRAIN Double Pinion/Rack platform-level hardware and software solution, the module reuse degree is higher, the product is more mature, the performance is more stable, the manufacturing is more intelligent.

HIRAIN has been engaged in chassis product development business since 2006, after nearly 20 years of technology accumulation and innovation, chassis products cover steering power system control, linear chassis products, four-wheel steering and suspension control products. Among them, the steering power assist products are rich, including split type and PowerPack two types, the power range covers 220W to 1300W, the support of the steering system types include tubular C-EPS, rack R-EPS, double pinion DP-EPS, covering 12V, 24V, 48V systems.

At present, HIRAIN steering power products have been used in more than 100 models of different brands, with a cumulative shipment of more than 2 million sets, and a wealth of debugging and mass production experience.
