At present, the electronic and electrical architecture of intelligent vehicles is evolving from the traditional functional domain architecture to the new generation of central computing and regional control architecture, and domestic new energy vehicle manufacturers are competing to launch new platform models based on the new generation architecture concept. With more than 20 years of experience in automotive electronics research and development and supporting, HIRAIN officially launched the first physical area Control Unit (ZCU) in 2023. The area control products that integrate all functions of body area control on the new generation architecture have been successfully mass-produced with a hot new energy vehicle, and have entered the ranks of mainstream suppliers of domestic physical area controllers.
The physical area control unit produced by HIRAIN this time has completely independent intellectual property rights, integrates the input and output of vehicle body comfort, power, air conditioning thermal management and other functions, integrates the whole vehicle power distribution function (primary power distribution, secondary power distribution), and is at the domestic advanced level; Integrate a variety of body comfort control of electromechanical algorithms, distribution protection algorithms and other technologies, support AB partition non-inductive OTA scrub; Reserve CPU computing power and Ethernet resources to support third-party software deployment and SOMEIP service deployment; The safety level is high, and the functional safety of the system meets ASIL B/D level.
Since 2007, HIRAIN began to layout the body comfort zone electronic products, and has launched a variety of body comfort zone products, such as SCU、PLG、SCM、DCM、BCM、PEPS,、UWB digital key, CAN and Ethernet gateway. It has provided supporting products and services to mainstream factories at home and abroad, with a cumulative shipment of more than 40 million sets. Since the official launch of the regional controller in 2023, it has been fixed by many mainstream customer models, and has been mass-produced since this year, please look forward to it!
