Junior Sales Assistant (m / w / d) (Munich or Cologne / Full-time)

Your tasks:

 Support of the Automotive Sales Team in many sales-related topics and processes for the complete European customer base

 Internal coordination with all relevant departments (also in China)

 Representation of the key account managers in internal meetings and projects as well as preparation of information for the team

 Preparation of commercial information and creation of presentations

 Support in the area of disposition (prototypes and pre-series)

 Checking customer orders

 Checking contracts and agreements with the customers

 Downloading and preparing enquiry documents from the various customer portals, active participation in the projects

 Active support of our key account managers in the preparation of calculations and offers

 Working from home office is possible on an occasional basis

 Reports to the Team Leader Sales

Your profile:

 You have a degree or successfully completed vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience in sales

 You are characterised by a high affinity for numbers and a pronounced analytical understanding

 To ensure professional internal and external communication, your German and English language skills are business fluent

 The confident handling of MS Office products is a matter of course for you

 You actively contribute with a pronounced degree of self-motivation,assertiveness and goal orientation.

 Work experience in the automotive supplier sector is advantageous
