The new Jingwei Hirain Center Laboratory achieves CNAS and automotive industry "Top-Tier" accreditation

Recently, Jingwei Hirain Central Laboratory achieved a major breakthrough as its new facility at No. 22 Anfu Road, Zhangjiawo Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin successfully passed the rigorous assessment by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and was granted CNAS accreditation. This accreditation signifies that the laboratory has attained internationally recognized standards in technical capabilities, management systems, and personnel qualifications, further enhancing the credibility of Jingwei Hirain's testing services.
The new Jingwei Hirain laboratory is outfitted with a comprehensive system of industry-advanced testing equipment, covering:
- Climate Testing: Including low-temperature, high-temperature, humidity test, temperature cycling, thermal shock, temperature gradient tests, etc.
- Mechanical Testing: Including vibration, mechanical shock, drop tests, etc.
- Protection Testing: Dust protection (IP4X, IP5KX, IP6KX), water protection (IPX1~IPX4, IPX7, IPX8, and IPX9K), ice water shock, gravel impact tests, etc.
- Corrosion Testing: Chemical reagent tests, salt spray tests, etc.
- Specialized Testing: HUD noise tests, abrasion resistance test, scratch tests, button/knob testing, etc.
- Testing for automotive wiring harnesses and electrical equipment connectors, etc.
Additionally, the laboratory has recently completed a major capability upgrade:
- Capacity Expansion and Efficiency Boost: New additions include multiple temperature-humidity test chambers, rapid temperature change test chambers, thermal shock test chambers, and a three-axis vibration test platform, significantly enhancing efficiency and throughput for core testing projects.
- Expanded Capabilities: Introduced ice-water shock test chambers, IPX9K waterproof test chambers, and seal integrity testers to meet stringent standards including ice-water shock resistance, IPX9K high-pressure/high-temperature spray waterproofing, and high-precision seal integrity testing.
