The Conformal Coating AOI Equipment is a high-precision intelligent optical inspection solution specifically engineered for quality validation of PCBAs post-conformal coating application. Integrated with high-resolution industrial cameras and annular illumination systems to capture ultra-detailed images of coating surfaces, the system leverages proprietary image processing algorithms and advanced deep learning models to enable precise segmentation of coated regions and accurate detection of diverse defects—including coating anomalies such as voids/bubbles, cracks, ripples, fisheyes, orange peel texture, delamination, and whitening, as well as component issues like missing parts, lifted/tilted components, and device positional offset. Furthermore, it supports user-defined coating thickness measurement at designated inspection points, delivering quantitative thickness data to facilitate rapid process troubleshooting, yield improvement, and enhanced product reliability.
