Contour Measuring AOI Equipment

Contour Measuring AOI Equipment is a high-precision intelligent optical inspection device specially developed for measuring the external contour of electronic components and structural parts. Based on 2D/3D visual imaging technology, the equipment acquires the contour data of parts and combines independently developed 3D reconstruction and measurement algorithms to quickly and accurately inspect key geometric parameters of workpieces, such as contour dimensions, height, flatness, warpage, offset, aperture, and chamfer. It is widely used in fields such as connector housing, IC packaging, metal stamping parts, thermal conductive adhesive/sealant application, etc., ensuring product assembly accuracy and structural reliability.
