• Title: Project Engineer
• Location: Great Detroit area, Auburn Hills office
Duties
• Manage day-to-day activities of multiple projects with cross-functional teams, in particular, from an electronical design perspective
• Utilize electronics design knowledge to meet the requirement of automotive customers
• Lead and manage product changes
• Work in partnership with the cross-functional team members to resolve project issues
• Complete project status reports to provide transparency and alignment, document all issues and highlight critical concerns requiring escalation, and proactively stay ahead of issues
• Lead cross-functional efforts and align stakeholders on the project issues that could affect product design and drive issue closure
• Prioritize work for the execution team to ensure short and long-term goals and metrics are met
• Work closely with internal and external partners to define project success criteria and objectives
• Collaborate with the internal project team to drive project prioritization, identify and communicate constraints, and mitigate roadblocks
• Build trusted relationships with team members and stakeholders and keep all relevant stakeholders informed and aligned on team progress & needs
• Create, organize, and continuously update all relevant documentation
• Assist quote and change management processes
• Lead the PM team to improve processes and increase efficiency
Qualification
• Bachelor or above degree in Engineering is required
• Hands-on experience in project management for automotive electronic products is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Project)
• Good team-working, communication, and learning skills.
• Capable of scheduling work flexibly, coordinating various time zones, and support international online meetings
• Bilingual working proficiency in Chinese and English is a must
• PMP certification is a plus

• Title: Electrical Engineer

Duties
• Direct interface with customers (automotive Tier-1 suppliers or OEM’s) and internal teams (local and overseas) to facilitate requirements analysis, program planning, product detailed design, design review, data collection, products calibration & testing, etc.
• Lead or support troubleshooting, make temporary and permanent containment corrective plan, communicate with customers to mitigate, diagnose, and resolve issues
Qualification
• Bachelor or above degree in Engineering is required
• Work experience relevant to automotive electronic products is preferred

Job overview
• Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer
• Location: Auburn Hills, Great Detroit area, MI
Duties
• Direct interact with customers to offer support, including but not limited to requirements review, software design review, software release review, trouble shooting, etc.
• Interact with internal cross-functional teams, both in China and the U.S., to plan, design, and implement embedded software for various types of ECU products
Create software documents in compliance with internal and customer development process, such as software requirements, architecture design document, detailed design document, etc.
Lead or involve in the development of internal system requirements, hardware requirements, etc.
Understand and review the hardware design, understand Technical References and Data Sheets for the system’s main components / chips
Design and implement embedded software using C / C++ in compliance with applicable standards or rules, such as AUTOSAR, MISRA C; trouble shoot and fix software bugs
Review software test cases with testing team, conduct software testing when necessary
Qualification
• Bachelor or above degree in Engineering required
• 3+ years embedded software development experience in automotive industry, familiar with automotive electronic development process and requirements
• Proficient in C / C++, familiar with development and testing tools
• Familiar with LIN / CAN / CAN-FD, experienced in protocols such as SAE J1939, ISO 14229, ISO-15765, etc.; proficient in development or testing tools, such as Vector CANoe, Intrepid Vehicle Spy, etc.
• Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinker with a strong intuition to resolve roadblocks before they become risks Ability to work effectively across functions in a highly matrixed environment Good skills of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize multitasks and manage time
• Excellent communicating skills, quick learning
• Fluency in English under technical communication situation
• Reading and speaking in Mandarin is a plus
